have you run memtest?
try another harddrive, does the problem persist?

Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?

This happened to me on my old computer, and got worse to the point that the USB drivers died. The cause seemed to be a corrupted OS. I would try to connect the drive to another computer and pull off all your important files, then wipe your 30GB drive and make a fresh install of Windows on it. Then install Windows.

I tried my laptop harddrive (which is the computer im using now) and it still didn't work i tried formatting my usb and reinstalling windows and nothing works i think it might be a compatibility problem with the hardware but i wouldn't know how to test that
