hello,

i'm having weird Touchpad Issues, i think it's software related.

i'm using my old laptop, because i sold my other one. i'm forced to use this old one until i can afford a new one in a few months.

anyway, the problem is that in any modern ui apps, and parts of the windows ui, 2 finger scroll stops working.

for example, i can't scroll in the start menu or the settings app, but scrolling in Google Chrome works fine.

the laptop i'm using is from about 2010 i think. the specs are:

Model Number: Toshiba sattelite L670-17K

Cpu: Core I5 M450

Ram: 4GB DDR3

Gpu: Ati Mobility Radeon HD 5650

Os: Windows 10 Home (originally Windows 7, but upgraded to 10)

I installed the Touchpad driver from the Toshiba site, before i did that i had no scrolling at all.
