Avermedia C281 on Xbox one (No Boot

firstly before everyone starts shouting at me yes i have a converter it works fine

but every time I go to turn on the capture card it turns off immediately i don't know if this is HDCP error (I'm not trying to record illegal or anything like that)

all I want is to capture my gameplay

Few things . . .

1. Is there anything else connected between the capture card and tv?
2. What are you trying to capture specifically (HDCP kicks in when trying to use the capture card with say something like netflix open)?
3. Does this work with other HDMI devices?

What happens when you try to use it without the adapter. Doing a conversion to an analog signal may be whats causing the problem.

problem fixed the capture card plug was faulty
