Super Quick Overclocking Questions

When overclocking my AMD Athlon x4 880k should I ENABLE or DISABLE the following?:

•AMD Cool and Quiet Function

•cTDP function

•C6 Mode

•CPU Core control

•APM

 

I also wanted to ask, do I need to change the "CPU clock control"? or can I just keep it at Auto (100.00MHz)

Ok all the things mentioned above keep it on for the love of god. Cool and Quiet is equivalent to speedstep on Intel CPU's. CPU clock control either is the base clock or something else. Can you list me the motherboard you have?

What should I set cTDP to? I get 3 options;

-Disabled

-45W

-65W

(I assume W=watts)

Id probrably just keep it at 65w to be safe

What does cTDP do? 
Should I manually overclock or just enable core performance boost? if i enable core performance boost should I enable "turbo performance boost ratio"?

Id do it manually 

I personally I have no idea what cTDP is but my guess is that it is the TDP limit of the CPU (X4 880 has like a 65w TDP)

Ok. What about SVM mode, C6 mode and APM, just leave those enabled?

Just leave them alone, we dont know what those do so just leave them be

CPU-Z says im running at 4.5 GHz but task manager says im running at 4.41Ghz...why? Is there a problem?

Like is the frequency bouncing alot? That could be just Cool and Quiet doing its job of managing power to load. Run something like Cinebench on it and monitor the frequency in CPU z and Task manager

It's not bouncing. They were displaying different numbers at the same time. Weird. However I trust CPU-Z more. I'll download some more software and do more tests. (Going to sleep now, don't expect a reply for a while, really appreciate all the help. Thanks!  )
