Personal Rig in Server Case

Hello, I'm building a computer in a D-400L-7 with a custom watercooling loop. I have a 1080 ti, i7 6700k, 2 alphacool radiators, a cpu block, d5 pump, a good res, and primochill tubing. 

My personal question about completing this build is that i bought the GTX1080 xtreme gaming edition by gigabyte. I pawned the card off to my woman, and I'm keeping the rest of the kit which involves the front port that gives usb3.0 ports, which is going to be one of the ways to get usb3.0 ports in front in case whatever thunderbolt dock isn't good enough, or I just need it for a random purpose. My question is one of existence: The unit that came with the 1080 has 2 HDMIs that port to the front. Not that I use a vive often, but I do every so often, but the 1080 I had had internal hdmis to port through. Is there a bridge that goes in one of the drive slots that has external female hdmis and internal hdmis so I can utilize the unit by just plugging in the hdmis from the back of the card to it? I will attach a picture of what I mean.
