iPad Mini 4: Screen Glitch

Hello,

 

Today I dropped my ipad only a few inches from the floor in a case and when I picked it up, my screen looks like this after resetting and all. Any fix?

Can iTunes still recognise it? You could try backing it up and then resintalling iOS, but that may not work. Can you RMA it? And what gen iPad is it?

You'd need a new lcd to fix it sadly (atleast I'm 99 percent sure, could be a lose connection, you could check if you're comfortable)

I don't think they'd accept an RMA, and the title says mini 4

My bad. And if he's got Apple Care+, they cover one component replacement a year.

AFAIK, that's how it works. But it's an add on at the time of purchase, and lots of people don't get it.

That part I did know. I guess we won't know until the op enlightens us lol btw unrelated 1070 and monitor never answered rip

I ended up buying another one refurb, the connector was loose so I showed it to apple and they gave us a new one under warranty and I kept my broken one.
