So I have a gtx 1060 6gb and an i3 6100 with 16gb of ram and for some reason my games are stuttering a large amount, i notice it most in black ops 3, now i know some people will say that bo3 is poorly optimized and i need a quad core to run that game but i dont because if you observe in the youtube video, this man despite him being horrible at the game, it runs perfectly at usually 90+ fps with mild drops to the high 80's. For me i have to drop all my settings to low and medium to even be able to play it smoothly. i have tried disabling all my background processes and ive even unparked my cpu cores but still stuttering occurs, this happens in not only bo3 but in battlefield 1 and battlefield 4 too. I dont know whats happening

.

Can you download MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner? Enable the OSD and find out what the usages are for your CPU cores, GPU and VRAM, RAM and pagefile, and the frame-rate and frame-time.
