Hi, I just built a new pc (first build) it's a ryzen 5 1600 on an asus x350 and gtx 1060 6gb. I've loaded up windows 10 64bit and updated my bios and all drivers. I have been using it and have been getting intermittent blue screen crashes with the video_scheduler_internal_error when opening chrome or sometimes straight after I log into windows. Also whilst playing csgo I get stuttering and eventually it crashes. Any help on this would be much appreciated. I am a complete noob to this so keep that in mind . Cheers

Never update the BIOS unless you have problems. Did you install chipset drivers before video drivers? I would do a clean install of the video driver to start with.Use this to uninstall your driver but first re download the latest driver for your card. Once you restart let windows do its thing then install the driver again. Hopefully that works.

The reason I updated the bios is because it shipped with a very early iteration and the update has helped with memory support.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers as you mentioned above and have had one blue screen with the same error and gameplay still stuttering intermittently.

pls help..............

Sorry I have been busy. Did you try removing the graphics card and reinstalling it or moving it to a different PCI-e port? That may help. If it keeps doing that on every port and you have the correct drivers installed it may be a bad card. Is this a new or used card?
