beginner grade Gaming PC

Hey guys, I'm looking at building my first gaming PC but I'm not sure on Parts for low priced Gaming rig im looking for something under $1500 AUD  .

I was wondering if the community could give me hand.

I'm not sure what the exchange rate between USD and AUD is, but Paul's hardware did a Ryzen build back in April 2017. He shows 2 builds one for 700 USD and the other for 1000. The price of hardware changes almost daily so it is not exactly those prices. Here is a link to the vid, and parts lists are in the description. I believe he also does an overclock guide for the system in another video.

Yup go Ryzen but you could go 1700X or 1800X with 1080ti gpu yes for 1500AUS

There are many sources out there that show the 1700 can overclock to match performance of the 1800x at a much lower price point. As well those two components will eat up 90% or more of their budget

Yeah first choice is 1700X 4$ure

 

Buy a good mobo with all the features you need plus future stuff you require.

Buy a good cpu too, the one you need plus good for future.

 

Then you can cheap out on everything else.
