Stuck on welcome

Hello,so I just tried reinstalling a clean windows. But upon the install I came to this screen. What exactly am I meant to do here?

It's just weird since I've never seen this screen. And I've tried looking online, and can't seem to find anyone that's had a similar problem

UPDATE: Turns out this in how windows installation works now. And it just didn't begin the installation process. So a quick reboot got Cortana up and walking me through it
