Access to Floatplane section lost Error: 2F176/1

hi i noticed i had lost access to the floatplane club section today even though I can see on paypal my last payment to LinusMediaGroup was 14th June 2017.

I am also positive I am logged-in to the right account. I just cannot access the Floatplane section of the forums. Also this other page https://linustechtips.com/main/clients/billing-agreements/1/ also not working (Error code: 2X320/4) 

 

Any idea?
