memory G.Skill memory looks

Does anyone agree that G.Skill memory looks bad? I feel like some people agree with me, but i see a lot of people use G.Skill.

I think most of their stuff is OTT, but I like their Trident Z kits. I think they're the only RGB RAM kits I like the look of right now.

don't agree.

 

my g.skill ripjaws look sexy af and make me wish i had a window in my tower.

 

the only thing i dislike about them is that each color stands for a different type ...

 

black ones are DDR3 1333 

red ones are DDR3 1600

blue ones are DDR3L 1600 ... 

 

this sucks ... if i had a window i would like to combine black sticks with colored ones - along with a mainboard that has black and colored RAM slots.

 

black and red boards are easy to find and MSI has graphics cards with black and red coolers ... a few years back they had black and blue stuff as well.

that's fine - optics is all about personal preference - right ?

 

i don't have a window or tempered glass on my tower anyways and probably won't be able to change that any time soon ... i could as well be rocking those ugly green kingston value sticks and not care less

Looks don't matter dude.Unless you have a case with a glass panel on the side.If you do have a case like that,I think G.skill is OK.But I don't see the relevance of RAM heat spreaders.

I don't understand the point here. If you don't like it, don't buy it I guess?
