I just emailed Phanteks with some questions about replacement parts / upgrades for the Enthoo Pro M Acrylic and they replied to my email in literally 2 minutes. 

A+ so far.

Update:

They replied to my next email with 2 minutes again and offered to send out the Tempered Glass Panel for $24.99 + 15.95 s&h. (California --> Oregon)

I paid $79.99 for the Pro M Acrylic while the Pro M Tempered Glass costs $99.99.

 

So for a fairly small premium I get to keep the Grey Chassis. (about 21$ for those of you who don't want to do the math).

More than worth it for me.

We'll see if everything pieces together without issue.

Some companies still do great customer service.  I have always heard evga has awesome service, but I have never needed it on the few things I have bought from them.  I ordered a refurbished k95 rgb directly from corsair about 10 days ago and it had a bad red LED on it.  I sent a request for an rma last friday (the 9th) night before I went on vacation for a week.  On tuesday I got a reply saying they would send me an rma return label.  I got home last night and still didnt have the rma email so I was getting a little upset that they were going slow, but this morning I had a label sent to my email from ups, and this afternoon a new keyboard showed up on my porch.  I never even asked for a advanced rma they just sent me a new one before I shipped the other one out.  I still have to hook this one up and check the LED's but either way I am happy with their service.

Did this about 2 months ago for my P400 case. Same deal and worth every penny. Now it's going to be hard to leave Phanteks.

Update:

Their support opens around 9AM PST. This morning I had an email from them by 9:30AM advising my different options for placing the order (Link to a custom order on their store/support page or just pay over the phone). I called in and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. I had a copy of the invoice emailed to me before I hung up the phone. 

So far it's been nothing but smooth sailing. The case should arrive in a day or two and the Glass probably within the next week.
