mPCIe Combo ii

I have a Maximus V Formula and would like to upgrade my mPCIe combo to the latest one so I can utilize my EA6500's 802.11ac, but I don't fancy upgrading to 1150 just for the wifi.

Is there any way to get my hands on one? (I assume that quite a few people who have them are only using ethernet and therefore don't need the combo ii)

In that case, I'd call and ask Asus. I haven't seen any though. Why not just buy an AC wireless card?

the 7260HMWDTX1 isn't mPCIe, and I like the look of the combo ii

It is mPCIe just remove it from the adapter.

I prefer the look of the mPCIe combo ii, and would prefer not to have to resort to another card

Just use the same module and upgrade the mpci card.
