Overclocking RAM

So, I picked up a i7-4790k, Asus Z97 Sabertooth, and 16GB Corsair DDR3-1600 for free from a friend.

Build a PC out of it, and now I'm ready to attept overclocking it.

Hit 4.8Ghz with ~1.35v on the CPU, but I don't know much about memory OCing, so that's what I came here for.

The RAM runs at 1333 Default, but I want to try and get it to it's rated speed. I tried manuall setting it to run at 1600, but then I get a crash on boot.

I'm gonna have to edit the CAS timings right? How do I do this? What values should I input?

You should be able to enable XMP and then set it to the 1600MHz profile, right?

That's what I did, then it crashed, had to rest CMOS (Rather not have to do that again becasue it is a pain to get to the jumper)

Then I'd listen to him ^^^ I think he knows a lot more about it than me. On my PC< I just went to the BIOS and selected the 1600MHz XMP profile and then booted up no prob.
