Graphics card for this system

I'm building this system- https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9Z2CWX 

I have $250 for a graphics card (Might be able to swing 300 but it would be tough)

Any suggestions for a graphics card?

I have a gtx 950 right now and it executes most of what i do pretty well except for the fact that i buy triple a games on xbox so any thing that could run those is an upgrade

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

RX 480/580 if you can find them in stock, GTX 1060 6GB if you cant, or used GTX 1070

I'd also recommend a better PSU for that build. I have a tier list in my sig you can look at
