how to disable UPSM android?

so at whatever % a thing will pop up saying to shut off bluetooth, wifi, turn down brightness etc,

 

its annoying becase everytime it pops up I press dismiss and i feel like a smartphone should be smart enough to recognize that and stop. also you cant press anything on the screen you have to press dismiss or do all for the pop up to go away, you cant just click somewhere else on the screen and it goes away.

 

I googled what it was and everything says its UPSM (ultra power saving mode)

 

I googled how to turn it on and off and idk why all my results bring to other apps that do the same thing? so im lost.

 

I looked under the battery options, advanced battery options, dev options display and a few others in the settings but I cant seem to find it. any help? i have the latest version of whatever I just upgraded my firmware,

I have a galaxy s6 edge

thats what i ment by battery options, i even looked under the advanced options of that, i dont see it. if its the big battery that says off/min/max off is and always has been selected.

 

i know i switched a setting like 3 weeks again when this started happening, but no idea what I did, I have restarted the phone too .
