GTX980TI And I5 4590 , need a solution

Motherboard:       B85M-D2V

RAM:                    DDR3 1600 8Gx2

hard disk:             500G HDD  128G SSD

GPU:                    GTX980TI 6G

 

This is my computer hardware, the recent play video games such as GTA V TITAN FALL2 OVERWATCH regular Frame loss,

I see other CPU with 980TI results better than me,

so I guess it will not be CPU performance is not enough?

If so, can you recommend a CPU?
