I am having issues with an Elgato HD60 which I bought second hand today. I'm just trying to figure out if there is something faulty with the device, or if it is my computer that is causing issues. On the system requirements page of Elgato's website it says that the HD60 requires a Mac with an i5 clocked at 2+GHz, my MacBook has an i5 clocked at 1.6GHz, but turbo boosts to 2.4GHz, and I have previously had an Elgato HD60 running on an Intel Pentium N3530, so if it runs on that, it should run just fine on here. And its not just the software that isn't working. I never see anything on my monitor for my consoles. I tried on PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360, none worked. It flashes the lights at me saying it is powered on and connected, then it immediately flashes all red lights starting in the middle moving outward, and on Elgato's website for decoding what the lights mean, there is nothing for this. Any suggestions? I do have HDCP disabled on the PS4 as well.
