What sort of temperature should I be looking for when overclocking with a dark rock 3 cooler

I wouldn't suggest going over 79 degrees.

Especially not if it's a 24/7 machine.

I agree with fuzz0r. The maximum temperature should not cross 80 degress under synthetic loads, if you are going to use it 24/7.

Also, keep in mind that synthetic loads, like AIDA64 are more of a torture test. It will make the CPU reach temps, that almost no real workload will.
