Clearing Old HDD??

Indeed, Just Format by using the Windows Explorer as you would do for a USB Flash Drive (Either Quick Format or not)
If you want to destroy all data in it for good (Recommended if going to sell) you can either use a program or DISKPART to overwrite data (ZeroFill and Random Fill beeing the most recommended ways) Keep in mind that this will take a good hour to be done.
