Does anyone have Samsung LS24F350FH(UXEN)?

How do you take the monitor off the stand neck?Do you need to pull very very hard or is there some other way?I also have trouble with tilting it, no matter how much I push or pull it it won't tilt, does it require a lot of force or did I get a defective unit?

There's nothing about tilting in the manual.
