Helping a friend buy his first gaming monitor

PhyZyx24

He has only about 170$-ish if currency is converted and is looking at a gaming monitor that has 1ms response time. He's eyeing for these 3 monitors:
- Viewsonic VX2457-MHD
- BenQ Zowie RL2455
- AOC E2470SWH

These 3 monitors have close price range and he can't pick what is better among these 3. Hope you could help us :)

1ms response time

that specification means almost nothing. I guarantee that your friend won't be able to tell the difference between a 1ms panel and a 4ms panel. Response time only becomes an issue when it gets high.

are those your only choices? If not, then could you give me the link to an online retailer or something that you would buy the monitor from? I would recommend getting an IPS in this scenario
