More and more criminals are being let off the hook with a court finding of NCR. Canada's judicial system is much more leniant then our neighbors to the south. The vary rare occasion does the courts find someone an habitual offender and labels them as a "Dangerous Offender".

I dont know if this case resolved itself but a retired rcmp pig was working as a by-law out in the sticks and went to a call about some crazy dude with dogs. Long story short, crazy dude kills old pig and drops him off at city police station 20 minutes away. I just heard he was found NCR, so he gets fat in the pysch ward then walks free.

Which is what happened with our Vince Li who beheaded a passenger on a Greyhound somewhere along the Trans-Canada flat land. This guy is walking free today with little over sight. Now I wouldnt want to be around that guy at all, nor would I want anyone to be around him because he stopped taking his pills and decides to behead someone else.

I dont think our lady killer got NCR, I think she just put on a good tearful show and act on being an abused woman. Karla Homolka, she is a free woman today, charged with manslaughter for making the prosecutor job easier in convicting the man. Latest news on her was she was over seeing children as a volunteer at a private school. She's been walking free for quite some time, changed her name as well which should never be allowed but whatever. With the school,  I want to know how she can afford that, but I wouldnt want her over seeing my children. She is a serial killer who plead out to manslaughter and a rapist walking free.

Next up is another the son of a decorated top pig of the city. The kid going to univercity, hears voices, mass murders a bunch of students with a knife. Received NCR, hearing voices.

I think he just stays in pysch ward for a few years, suprivised outtings, then free as a bird.

This is a good one

Quote

a troubled young man who stabbed a complete stranger 6 times in a crowded shopping mall while gripped by psychosis. Twelve years later, his victim, who miraculously survived, is terrified to learn that he's out, living in the community under supervision. He's applying for an absolute discharge, and if he succeeds, he'll no longer be required to take the anti-psychotic drugs that control his mental illness. With unprecedented access to the patient, the victim, and the mental institution, the film looks at both sides of the debate and puts a human face on the complex ethical issues raised.

Craziness absolute craziness

Many have a mental illness and are lost in the penal system, not many, countless.

Yet the most extreme are cut loose. What a shame our government has become.

If they were in the USA, they'd be put to death in 30 or 40 years time.
