Old motherboard help

Ok so i have this motherboard:

It has a PGA370 socket and a slot for a CPU too. My question is, since both are on there, can i use both CPUs at the same time? The PGA370 CPU is a celeron, but i also have a Pentium 2 slot processor, could they work together?
