Logitech Z313 problem

I just bought a Logitech Z313. I tried to use it on my laptop, Thinkpad Edge E450. But the sound from the speaker is very, very low, even if I maxed out the volume on my laptop.

Also, the subwoofer doesn't make any sound at all.

If I unplug the speakers from the subwoofer's controller, the subwoofer makes a sound...

I tried to plug it in my monitors (Samsung 24" LCD), the same thing happened.

 

I am using Conexant HD audio driver.
