Photography at E3

This will be my first time going to E3 since it is now open to the public. What are the rules on Photography? Banned? Allowed? Allowed on the floor but can be banned by individual vendors? Banned but not policed? Only allowed with an additional pass? 

 

The website for E3 only said that photography was banned prior to the show beginning, but it didn't say anything else about it...

Oh lord, I can't say I know anything about the e3 floor policies, but I do know one thing... LA is going to be utter hell to try and get around in leading up to the show, best of luck not shooting yourself out of frustration. xD

Oh I know! I've been to Los Angeles a number of times for business, my previous job had me traveling between Seattle and Los Angeles once every other month or so. But I'd only be there for two days and traffic was so ungodly I'd stick to whatever was within walking distance of the hotel. Those one way streets are something, too! I'm so glad I'll have my Lyft discounts for E3.

This doesn't really tell me, and also I don't know if a consumer pass is different than an industry pass, photography wise.
