CPU Usage always at 100%

please help me my cpu usage is always at 100% and ive tried other remedies to get the cpu usage go down but nothing happened it stayed at 100% please help me

Try checking your minimum processor state in advanced power mode options for the plan you're on. It'll be under advanced > processor power management > minimum processor state.

 

Oh my bad, usage  what does task manager show as using the cpu?

What CPU are you using?

Did you check task manager and see what's using most of your CPU power?

Windows that you are using?

I don't but if it's maxed at %100 and not a software issue than a lower power CPU like a pentilim is probably being used
