Windows 10 sysprep Error

Hello Guys,

 

We are having problems with Sysprep throwing out an error saying that it could not install because of "Windows Messenger". I have tried all of the first page of googling it to no avail.

Try doing a fresh, clean install of Windoze.  The website below allows you to choose which version you want.

kb5zu this is a brand new install on a brand new machine. It is running windows 10 pro 64bit.

Okay,

 

You have to install without an internet connection to your machine. Immediately go and re-enable to local admin user and follow the following from there to disable the win 10 apps.

You may have to disable apps 1 at a time instead of all of them at once in order to get the image to load properly.
