1. Yes, you should change your steam email to your new email.
2. It depends on what game, the easily way is to have steam install and you can send invites through it.
3. Depend, some games uses different third party client such as orgin.uplay or like game which doesn't such as Minecraft/LOL etc
4. You only can play single player - not worth it, as you could buy a "grey market" key from g2a etc and you can play multiplayer and is semi legit version.
