So I accidentally screwed up my 16gb USB drive while trying to install FreeBSD and it made a partition that's 40kb large and that's all my operating system sees. I'm too retarded to restore it through cmd cause I'm gonna break shit, and formatting the drive does nothing.

Can anyone recommend some non malware software that will restore it and delete the partitions?

Go to www.partitionwizard.com and download their free version.  It works great and will do anything you ask it to.   I would do a low-level format, repartition the drive, then regular format either NTFS, FAT32, or whatever else you were going to do with it.  You can even run chkdsk or scandisk on it to make sure it has no bad spots.
