its very unlikely that other backplates from different cards will fit. If you feel comfortable with it maybe plasti-dip or spray the backplate red so that you can have the card you like with a matching back plate

Its not impossible but it will be very challenging to do so, if you wouldn't mind spending a fair bit of money you could get somebody to make you one through metal fabrication or maybe even just by cutting a backplate to fit using the correct tools
