best way to control a phantom 4 with a pc

i have a phantom 4 and want to control it with a laptop. how could i do this. the software has to be free.

i have but it is confusing and a mess i was looking for another way to do this

I'm not sure then. Google says, probably not possible.

All of DJI's stuff is proprietary, you're not going to be able to use something else.
