My budget is $1400. I would like to see two parts lists with intel and amd
both should have at least a 240gb ssd and 1tb wd black. For graphics I'm planning to go with a gtx 1070 unless the rx 580 is the better buy. The case I plan to use is the phanteks p400s tempered glass. I'm also going for a color scheme of white, blue, black. Blue mainly for LEDs. On power supply I would like to have fully modular if possible. I have trying to figure out the best parts since last month. I am a first time builder from scratch. I've worked on computers before but I don't have much experience when it comes to installing a CPU so keep that in mind and I would like to have a 240 to 280 millimeter water cooler. I am aware that most water coolers are not compatible with am4 out of the box so please include the add on bracket. Also I would like it if they all come from either newegg or amazon or ncix please. Also my display is 1080p 144hz so I a 1070 will be plenty to run most games and encoders and design programs.
I'm from the US if that helps when configuring the price.

Why would you need WD Black for 1TB? The Blue one is exactly the same speed unless you went with 2TB

American prices are crazy cheap. All that would cost at least $2000 in Asia

It's not when i already have that same monitor. I got it given to me for Christmas as for the 580 I've thought about it but some games that I might mod would probably do better with the 1070 little bit more power. Mainly skyrim remastered and fallout 4

Any RAM sticks will work just fine with Ryzen. Personally i think "Ryzen Certified" RAM is mainly a marketing fluff

And some say for overclocking it's better so it might help in the long run
