LED "mini" Display?

This is probably not what you were expecting here, but I was hoping i could get an LED display, similar to this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/LED-Display-7-Segment-4-Digit-Hi-Blue-Common-Cathode-great-for-Arduino-/180972181770 for a case mod. The only issue is I have no idea how to wire it. Are there any kits that might include a controller and just need to be plugged it?

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory
