When ever I start a game ('Rainbow Six Siege' & 'Euro Truck Simulator 2 and others), I get a black screen and the game says its running at 0FPS, forcing me to ALT + F4 or sometimes reset my pc manually.

I have a 'hitch' this may be something to do with my drivers but I can't tell what. I've been attempting to troubleshoot this for 2 days now and am making a forum post here. However, CS:GO launches fine, this makes me believe it is something to do with my GPU and/or Drivers. These games worked on my last installation of Windows. I tried playing the games onn SSD and vice versa on HDD and no luck.

I have included MSInfo and Dxdiag so you can see all of my specs, also a video but launching the game also screws up that, I hope it can help.

I can't watch the video beyond 0:36, but regardless...

Download this: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Download your display drivers but don't install them yet.

Reboot into safe mode (how to here) and run the Display Driver Uninstaller (be sure to select AMD since the DxDiag.txt showed you have a 470). Select the "clean and restart" option. After the computer restarts, install the drivers. Let me know if that fixes the problem.
