Intel i3 7th + RX 460 is way to go.

Intel optane can boost boot time of Windows and essential programs on HDD and later he can SSD if he wants

I also think Optane is pretty pointless and won't ever be as good as a real SSD. Storage is the easiest thing to upgrade later, but to start fast with an SSD in his first boot will be a lot better. He can get a cheap 512GB or 1TB drive later while still having his OS on an SSD and not having to reinstall OS.

Oh, then I think the one I made for you is actually really good for those titles anyways, might get a 1TB HDD instead of the SSD but that's your choice :) To play GTA V nicely you need atleast $100 more, but the build I made for you is very very upgradeable and can still play those games at lower configurations.

i dont want upgrade. After 5 years used, my pc can take the rest at landfills :)

SSD it is good but the capacity just 120Gb. i think HDD 1Tb is better for cheap PC

And with Intel Optane it will be able to short loading time of Windows and essential programs for everyday use

Well then... you might be good with this, no SSD, 1TB HD and an RX 460 4GB for GTA V while having 4 cores with the Ryzen 5 and 8GB of RAM, plenty of power for what you wanna do :)!

It's a fucking cache - have fun with glorified SSD. For the same price as a Optane drive and a 1TB HDD you can grab a 120GB SSD and a 1TB HDD - and the SSD makes everything on it faster, not just the shit in the cache

idk

No bottlenecks at all, the only slow component would be the hard drive, but you prefer it to an SSD and after all it's you decision, you can store a whole lot more of games with the hard drive, so there's that plus :P I hope if you buy this you keep us posted with pics!

Eh, it's fine if you're full-on aggro mode really, I'm used to see angry people on the internet, and while the PSU you chose is a better choice indeed, dual channel RAM has proven to be better than single channel on games, and that case is really not good at all, case is one of the most important components and not because of the looks only, the longevity of components is strictly tied with case quality. I do think the motherboard you chose is also better tho, best cheap Ryzen MoBo around :)

source? cause GamersNexus and HardwareSecrets has something to say otherwise..

http://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/1349-ram-how-dual-channel-works-vs-single-channel/Page-3

http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/does-dual-channel-memory-make-difference-in-gaming-performance/

and case doesn't really matter. most cases are made from the same components (metal/steel/sheet metal), with similar airflow. components can cool themselves quite well - airflow doesnt matter unless you're running a 700w+ beast with dual 1080tis that can barely cool themselves.

even one fan can cool a modern system quite efficiently.

idk

Why would you want an i5-7500? Ryzen is really better and cheaper on this matter, you won't be able to get a system that is $500 or under and capable of playing the games you said with an i5-7500. The least you can get it for with decent and lasting components is this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7cRwf8 but I strongly suggest you buy the system Droidbot or I made with the Ryzen 5.
