I don't know a bunch about making computers but I would like to make one, I was wondering is there any way I can make a computer using old laptop parts? I know I need a tower and a few other things but if I disassemble two old mostly working laptops can I get off to a good start?

A laptop motherboard uses a totally unique form factor that towers don't support, you'd be wasting your time doing this.

Will keep in mind but will the other parts work?

I wouldn't waste your time doing this, just look for used desktop components.
