So this might already be a thread but I would like to hear; what is the craziest tech issue you or a friend have had to deal with, also try to tell how you fixed/deal with it.

I'll go first. On my first ever laptop I downloaded some shady stuff and got some viruses, but I had already downloaded a bunch of games. So my internet was fucked I couldn't use it because I would be swarmed with pop-ups and it would take literally half an hour to load but my games ran faster then they ever had and my load times were decreased by a significant amount. I eventually fixed it by switching browsers but my game speeds went back to what they were  before.

You will eventually die, accept it.

Lol where can I start

1. Sims 3 didnt require the disk I installed it with even though its supposed to require it to run so thats nifty

2. My old S6's battery a few times just died when it still had 68% battery left, I would boot up with the battery at like 3% 30 minutes away from home. Fun times

3. This week was weird, my S4 active's micro USB charging port is broken yet this week it decided to work again for no reason. It charges at like .5 volts but it still charges from a "broken" charging port

4. There also is this one time my main PC's A6 3650 was stuck at 1.2 Ghz for no reason and wouldn't go to its full 2.6 Ghz speed. Turns out the old catalyst control center was limiting my CPU for no reason to 1.2 Ghz so I just undid the limitation

When I did my first build I forget to put one of mobo pivot (that screw that separate it from chassis) then  it start to reboot suddenly when the mobo touches the chassis, after 2 weeks I send it to technical service they said "We'll have it in a week"

...They call me two months later saying that was so difficult to find the mistake xD.
