Method to change audio balance per program?

Is there any simple method to adjust left right balance for a specific program/game only?

 

There is one game I am playing at the moment that has a slightly unbalanced audio and its rather annoying.

 

(Headphone/Speakers tested with other programs/music and they are fine).
