Ninite-Style Custom Program Installer?

Like the title says, I'd like to find (or write if need be) a program that can take a grouping of .exe that I provide (in a zip file preferably) and install them all sequentially. I love ninite, but I'd also like to be able to fully customize it and push my own install files, rather than have them be downloaded. 

 

If possible, a free program  ;).

What i do personally is i have a flash drive with all the programs i want to install, i plug it in copy the folder, and install everything. Because i find Ninite to not have all the essential programs i need. Just what i do.

I just have a folder with all my installers. I'd use ninite if it would just give me the .exe instead of having to download a separate program just to install my programs, but as it stands I'd rather just do it myself.
