Hello everyone and everything..

Had more of a opinion to ask the community.

I was thinking on making a ITX build instead of my ATX build currently. I don't plan on SLI'ing or adding anymore PCI cards.. I kinda like the idea of a more compact build, looks a bit more modern.

My current build is with a 6700k and a 1080 ti.

My current build is the first one, The ITX build I was thinking on building is something like the second one.(Picture is from pcpartpicker builds. Credit is to Levantine )

What does everyone think? Opinions? Thoughts?

ITX is the new trend, but it all depends on you.

do you want a smaller case, are willing to pay extra for an ITX motherboard, and limit yourself to one GPU? if so, then go for it. if not, then go ATX or mATX

Depends on where and how you're using the PC.

If it's going to be in the living room, I'd prefer an HTPC ITX build.

Bedroom or office? Either would work.
