I made a brand new pc build in pcpartpicker and I wanted some feedback on things about it

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Sebastian--5/saved/qD2ycf

Also only amazon is what I can use and the pentium is just there so I can upgrade to the i7 later but still be good enough to overclock and play games well

You need a bigger hard drive. SSD. 120GB would be on the low end. (for comfortable use)

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

I did but it was to hard to get to anything because of my pictures on amazon they were stretching the page like a mile long

you can search for it later when you're on a desktop or laptop at home, no need to rush things.

Z 270 and pentium? Go straight for an i5! i7 won't help you a lot in gaming. And i do respect your nvidia choice but check out the radeon rx 580.- It delivers a bit more performance and, for a similar price and has 2 more gigs of memory

i7s do, games love extra threads now.

RX580 has little stock due to cryptocurrency boom, and is no faster than the 1060.

idk

yeah, the stock rx 580 might not beat a 1060 but but a strix variant has some potential. But concerning the cpu if not the i5, i would aim for the ryzen 5 lineup. the i7 and 1060 aren't a perfect match.

fair point. I put a system above with an r5 and a 1080, which should serve fine, expecially as when the CPU is under heavy load it gains a fuckton from fast memory.

idk

Oh yea I forgot that i7 doesn't improve gameing much more than the i5! And thx for the rx 580 too I'll check it out

why do you need 32 GB of ram? cooler isn't good and the 7600k isn't a good choice. get an i7 or ryzen 1600 instead.

Cpu: some people say i7 some say i5 and I have seen that the i5 is actually better in terms of gameing

don't waste your money on things you don't need. extra ram will do jackshit unless you're doing heavy video editing/rendering. get 16gb now and use the money on something like a 240gb ssd and/or gtx 1080 instead. the ryzen 1600 is on-par with the i5 in gaming but the 1600 is far better in multitasking and it comes with a stock cooler included, and it's cheaper than a 7600k combo. the i7 is still king for gaming only but ryzen 5 is better than the i5s.
