Second GPU

I'm trying my hand in bitcoin and want to invest in a rx 4/580 dedicated only to 24/7 mining. I have a gtx 1060 and an r5 1600 currently, and need to know if a 4/580 would work in my asus b350 prime plus motherboard, it has another pcie 16x slot. Also, would I have a big enough psu, a evga bq 650.

 

So, would i be able to have a 4/580 running 24/7 without upgrading; mobo (for pcie slots), or psu (to a higher wattage)
