I need thunderbolt display help

Ok so, I have this thunderbolt display and I am switching from a Mac to PC. Can I use my current display with a PC?

If you can buy/build a PC with a thunderbolt port built in or supported via an adapter card (i.e. PCI card), you may be able to use the monitor.  Keep in mind, the thunderbolt port on the PC/adapter has to support a video signal and not just for data transfer.
