So me and my girl friend want to buy a bitcoin and hope to make a few bucks for the increase of money on them, i'm using a site called CoinSpot, from what i'v read they're legit but when i go to purchase the bitcoin via the website it's asking for my PAN (personal access number) which i'v been told to never give out as when someone has that, they can just enter your bank they also want my Secure Code which all just sounds dodgy as hell, it's from a 3rd party site called POLi people say blue virgin use the site and others claimed to of used the site and say it's legit but again i'm not sure please confirm if it's legit or i'm just being played a fool?

Just use localbitcoins. They have hundreds of ways to pay for or sell them. BTW tell your girlfriend she won't make any money. She should have bought them when they were $200 last May. Buy low sell high
