CPU Volt problem

So I overclocked my 1600x to 3,9ghz and set the cpu volt to 1.4V. For some reason it would boot up so I put it to auto in the BIOS.

For some reason though it automatically put it to 1.525 Volts (which is guess a bit too much) and otherwise it won't boot up.

Can somebody explain to me why
