Where is setup.exe?

On my PC i have a file called Setup.exe in the location C:\ESD\Windows which lets you reinstall windows. On my laptop i can't find the file setup.exe. Where would it be?

Just boot up your PC in Advanced Mode, there you will be given the choice to reinstall your system

Will that also give me the option to keep my personal files and apps?

Or you could just open the Settings app and head to Update & Security > Recovery and chose to reset your PC from there. Here you will also find the button to access advanced boot mode
