Laptop charging, but can't turn on.

My laptop is charging and for some reason, I can't turn it on. Like the power button seems to be stuck or hard to press. I think what happened was how I was pressing it a lot which makes it stuck. Now I can't turn my laptop on. Need help!

Have you tried unplugging it and removing the battery for 5-10 minutes?

how do you know its charging if you can not turn it on

i tried that and the laptop turned on but shits down right away it says something but can't read it fast enough
