Just a second ago I booted up my rig to play some r6 siege. It was running beautifully last night, but today when it booted the CPU fan then pinned at 100%. I checked my settings in the Bios and my settings were normal (level 1, target temp 50). The CPU temp was at a cool 28 C. Visual inspection showed nothing wrong with the MOBO or the cooler :/. So I don't know how to fix this problem. Yeah my PC is usable, but I keep my rig on my desk right next to my monitor so as you can imagine now. The noise gets very annoying, very quick.
